When calculating laboratory working time, please exclude the day the case is received at the laboratory as well as the transportation time. Normally, straightforward cases will be completed within 3-5 days. For more complex cases or those requiring additional services, more processing time will be needed. Once the case is received by our laboratory, we will be able to provide a more accurate estimate of the turnaround time.
