We regret to announce that fraud cases involving Maraya Foundation Turkey, under the direction of Project Director Mahsum Soylemez, and legal representation by Barrister M. Deniz Yaşar.

Incident Details:

**Involved Parties**: Maraya Foundation Turkey and Barrister M. Deniz Yaşar
**Alleged Fraudulent Activity**: Demand for an exorbitant contractor certificate fee under the guise of legal requirements, coupled with multiple payments and lack of transparency.

**Communication with the Foundation**: We were instructed to send a $4,431 fee to facilitate our contract signing. This was after already paying considerable legal fees.

**Barrister's Involvement**: Barrister M. Deniz Yaşar, purportedly representing us in these proceedings, demanded immediate payment into a PayPal account without adequate justification or breakdown of services.

Evidence of Misconduct:

**Email Communications**: Promises made by the Foundation and Barrister Yaşar were never fulfilled. The legality of the requested contractor certificate fee was never substantiated despite our requests.

**Payment Details**: Payments were made to PayPal account: mackymola@yahoo.com, which Barrister Yaşar requested for quick processing, claiming avoidance of taxes.
