After a series of setbacks at the box office with films like Saaho (2019), Radhe Shyam (2022), and Adipurush (2023), Prabhas has bounced back with the blockbuster success of Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, earning over Rs 600 crore worldwide.

Now, Prabhas has revealed his next venture, teaming up with the 'pakka commercial' director Maruthi in the much-anticipated film, The Raja Saab. The first look poster, unveiled by Prabhas, is creating a buzz with audiences eager to see the Rebel Star in a unique avatar.

In the poster, Prabhas is seen in a black shirt and colorful lungi, sporting a captivating smile, dancing down an empty street that seems to have recently hosted a celebration, with a vibrant background adorned with splashes of purple and bursting firecrackers.

The Raja Saab is described as a spellbinding, king-sized romantic horror and will be released in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi languages. The film promises to be a massy entertainer, showcasing Prabhas in a distinctive look, according to an official statement from the makers.

Director Maruthi expressed his excitement, stating, “The Raja Saab stands as one of my most ambitious projects to date. Collaborating with Prabhas and People Media Factory is both an honor and exciting for me as a filmmaker. We are geared up to offer our audiences a grand horror experience. Having Prabhas on board is particularly special as his electrifying screen presence infused with our horror narrative is sure to leave audiences amazed.”

The film's music is composed by Thaman S, with cinematography by Karthik Palani, and VFX by Kamal Kannan, known for his work in SS Rajamouli’s Magadheera and the Baahubali franchise. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner of People Media Factory, The Raja Saab is expected to transcend linguistic and genre boundaries, promising a thrilling cinematic experience.
