The enemies and general aesthetic of the Sanguine Chapel keep with the general theme of the region. There's no trick or trap to Diablo 4 Items getting inside, but the door is in an awkward location anyway, so finding it might be enough of a challenge.
It's filled with a matter of undead along with corrupted Knights, so an Elixir of Undead Slaying is the most helpful. Other handy potions for the Sanguine Chapel include the Elixir of Shadow Resistance and the Iron Barb Elixir.
Location
The Sanguine Chapel is on a snowy ledge that's on the northeastern border of the zone. Follow the edge of the mountains south from Kor Valar until a winding road opens up to the left. This leads to the shrine of the Penitent, then further to Alabaster Peak, where the door to the Sanguine Chapel is located.
Unlocking The Inner Dungeon
As soon as the player enters the dungeon, a second quest will appear in their log to return the lost items to their pedestals and open the inner door. One is located on the east side of the dungeon, and the other is on the west side. Both are guarded by elite enemies and killing them reveals more of the mystery

Retrieving The Blood Chalice
After opening up the door that leads to the second half of the dungeon, players can go on a slaying spree to destroy every enemy in this section. Not just for fun, but it's required to open the door to the boss. They'll appear as red dots on the map.
Fighting The Blood Bishop
It helps to have minions or some distance weapons available for this fight. Use Evade when possible, along with any available damage shields, to avoid getting grabbed by the tentacles or hit by the shadow bolts.
The Bishop moves slowly and is fairly easy to hit on its own, which is why AoE and ranged damage are ideal here, but watch the floor. The Bishop will summon Blood Boils that explode unless the player destroys them first. Either avoid them or use a DoT spell to damage them while continuing to attack the Bishop.
Completing the Quest
Defeating the Bishop means that the dungeon is complete, and the Blood Chalice should drop. The best thing to do at this point is to port directly back to the Bear Clan Refuge to claim the reward. Sister Vera gives the character a cache, some gold, a few experience points, and a cryptic farewell that seems to suggest the adventure might not be over.
Many Diablo 4 players are frustrated that their existing items have been nerfed with the Season 4 update. Since Diablo 4's launch in June, players have been providing Blizzard with valuable feedback to help them fix the game's most irritating issues. Recently, many players pointed out that inventory management in Diablo 4 is rocky, and Blizzard should add a separate tab for gems and Sigils.
Diablo 4 has released a major update in preparation for its debut season of content, titled the Season of Malignant, and it brought a number of bug fixes, balance changes, and unique items that players are not happy with their existence. The new update has sparked a debate among Diablo 4 players, with some even claiming that Blizzard should delay Season 4 and roll out some changes to provide a healthier gaming experience. There is also frustration towards the recent class nerf, which many players think puts the Sorcerer in an unplayable state.
Diablo 4 Dev Reveals When the Game Could Receive Competitive Play
Over on the game's subreddit, a user named Ziid10 showed that the Season 4 update nerfed items they already have. The player put their crossbow in comparison to reveal their existing item has had its bonus critical strike damage, vulnerable damage, and dexterity nerfed. In the comments, many players voiced their frustration over Blizzard, with some claiming that it's disrespectful to cheap Diablo 4 Gold the time and effort they put into Diablo 4.
It's disappointing for many Diablo 4 players to see that this change was directly applied to their existing items they spent a lot of time collecting. However, some players pointed out that it will be harder to clear dungeons and dominate PvP zones, which they think is excellent for the competition. Whether Blizzard will revert these changes before they spark further debate, that is yet to be seen.
